Tour Name: Japan Tours (the "Travel Guide") Organizer: Real Home LLC (the "Company")

1. Formation of Contract A binding contract shall be established upon the Company's receipt of the full payment of the Travel Guide fee from the Customer and the Company's subsequent confirmation of the booking. Where a booking is made by an authorized representative on behalf of a group, such representative shall possess full authority regarding the execution and termination of this contract.

2. Services Included The following services are included within the Travel Guide fee:

• Travel planning and support services

• Professional tour guide services

   3. Services Not Included Any expenses or services not explicitly listed in Clause 2 (Services Included) shall be excluded from the  

 Travel Guide fee. Examples of such exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Transportation expenses from the Customer’s residence to the designated meeting and dispersal locations

• Personal expenditures (e.g., telephone charges, laundry services, additional food and beverages)

• Accommodation costs

• Entrance fees to sightseeing locations

Additionally, the Customer shall bear the costs related to the tour guide’s transportation, accommodation, and entry fees incurred during the execution of the Travel Guide. Payment for these additional costs must be completed prior to the commencement of the Travel Guide.

  4. Conditions for Booking

• Participants under fifteen (15) years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Customers requiring special assistance or accommodations due to medical or other conditions must notify the Company in advance.

• Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals affiliated with antisocial groups or those who engage in disruptive behavior towards the Company’s operations.

  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the event of cancellation initiated by the Customer, no refund shall be provided for any fees or charges already paid to the Company.

• Should the Travel Guide be canceled due to circumstances attributable to the Company, the Customer shall receive a full refund.

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the contract without any refund under the following circumstances: (a) The Customer is found not to comply with the booking conditions outlined in Clause 4; (b) The Customer engages in disruptive behavior or actions likely to impede the smooth operation of the Travel Guide; (c) The Customer exceeds the maximum number of participants permitted under the booked Travel Guide.

  6. Alteration of Travel Guide Details

• Once established, the scheduled date of the Travel Guide is generally non-negotiable and cannot be altered.

• In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unforeseen events, the Company reserves the right to modify the details of the Travel Guide and will provide reasonable alternative arrangements where feasible.

  7. Liability of the Company

• The Company shall be liable for damages incurred by the Customer arising directly from the Company's intentional acts or negligence, limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the Travel Guide. Claims for damages must be submitted to the Company within twelve (12) months from the date of the incident.

  8. Liability of the Customer

• The Customer agrees to indemnify and reimburse the Company for any losses or damages caused due to the Customer's intentional acts or negligence.

• Any issues or incidents occurring during the execution of the Travel Guide must be reported immediately to the Company or its designated tour guide.

  9. Personal Information

• Personal information provided by the Customer shall be used solely for the purposes of executing the Travel Guide and arranging necessary services. Such information will be managed securely.

• The Company shall not disclose any personal information to third parties except when required by law or as necessary for the execution and arrangement of the Travel Guide.
